Keep your account secure
Use a strong password, a second step at sign-in and passkeys. Everything lives in Settings, Security.
Kort fortalt
Your account holds your bookings, payments and messages, so it is worth a few minutes to keep it secure. Most of what you need is in Settings, Security.
Your password
Passwords must be at least 10 characters. Change yours in Settings, in the Email and password section. See change your password. Forgotten it? See reset a forgotten password.
A second step at sign-in
After your password, we ask for a second step:
- A code we email you, if you have not set up an authenticator app. See sign-in codes by email. - A code from an authenticator app, which is stronger. See set up an authenticator app. Save your recovery codes in case you lose your phone.
On a device you own, you can trust it for 30 days to skip the code.
Coaches, club owners, club staff and admins may need an authenticator app before they can open their workspace. The Security page shows Required when it applies to you.
Passkeys
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock, with no password or code. See sign in with a passkey.
Google and Apple
You can connect Google or Apple to sign in with one tap. See sign in with Google or Apple.
Check where you are signed in
The Security page lists every browser and app signed in to your account. See sign out other sessions and apps.
If something looks wrong
We email you about new sign-ins and changes to your password or two-factor sign-in. See security emails we send. If you see a booking, message or payment you do not recognise, change your password straight away, sign out other sessions and open a ticket. We never ask for your password, codes or card details in messages or tickets.
