Changing ends
Pairs swap ends after the first game of each set and then after every two games: after games one, three, five and so on. In a tie-break they swap after every six points.
When to change
Change ends after the odd games of each set: the first, third, fifth and so on. In a tie-break, change after every six points. That way both pairs play into the sun and the wind for the same time.
How long you get
At most 90 seconds at a change of ends. After the first game of each set there is no rest, and in a tie-break the change is quick too, about 20 seconds. Food and drink are only taken at the changes, not between points.
If you forget
Change as soon as someone notices and carry on with the right order. Points already played still count. If the mistake is spotted after a first-serve fault, the server has one serve left.
