Rally & Roam

Serving and receiving at the start of a new set

Each new set is a fresh start for the order inside each pair: you can change who serves first and who receives first. After a tie-break, the pair that did not serve first in it start the next set.

Change who serves first

Before each set, each pair decides which of its players serves first in that set. Once chosen, the order holds until the set ends, so the start of a set is your chance to switch.

Change who receives first

In the first game of each set, the receiving pair decide who takes the first point. That player receives the first point of every game the pair receives for the rest of the set. In a new set you may change the order.

After a tie-break

If the last set ended in a tie-break, the next set is started by a player from the pair who did not serve first in the tie-break.
