Coaches apply through a nine step form at Coach join. Your progress saves as you go, so you can finish later.

The steps

1. Identity. Your name, photo and headline. 2. Certifications. Add 1 to 8, from FIP, LTA, RFEP, FPP, PTR or another body. Upload each certificate as a PDF or image up to 8 MB. 3. Services. Lesson types, lengths, group sizes and prices. 4. Languages. 5. Where you coach. Your destination and home club. 6. Availability. Your weekly hours. 7. Safeguarding. A declaration, such as a DBS check, which you need to coach under 18s. 8. Payouts. Connect a Stripe account. 9. Submit.

Verification

We check certificates and safeguarding within two working days. While you are in review, you can set up services and hours in the coach workspace. Players can book you once you are approved.

Fees and payouts

We keep a 12% commission on lessons, so you receive 88%. Players do not pay a service fee on lessons. Payments go to your Stripe account. On courses you sell, you receive 70%. See coach payouts.

Coaches approved during the founding coach window pay no commission on lessons for their first six months.

Coach Pro costs £34 a month. It includes 25 full match analyses a month for your clients and unlimited technique checks, plus featured placement in coach search for your destination.

Two-factor sign-in

Coach accounts must set up two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app before opening the coach workspace. See account security.

Courses

From your workspace you can also create and publish courses of video lessons and drills. Players buy them once and keep them for life.
