These terms apply if you join the Rally & Roam ambassador or creator programme, or the founding coach programme. They sit alongside our terms of use, and for coaches our partner terms.

Joining

Any member can apply from the ambassadors page. Choose ambassador (for example a player, coach or club sharing with their own community) or creator (someone who publishes padel content). Creators must give a link to their channel.
We review every application and aim to reply within a week. We may turn down an application, and we do not have to give a reason.
Once approved, you get your own link, in the form /r/ followed by your code, and a dashboard showing who joined, who pays and what you have earned.

What you earn

Commission. Ambassadors earn 10% and creators earn 15% of what Rally & Roam makes from the people who join through your link. On bookings and shop orders, that is our platform fee, not the whole price. On memberships, it is the whole membership fee.
How long. You earn on a person's payments for 12 months after they join through your link.
Rally Points. Every 5 people you refer who make a payment also earn you 1,000 Rally Points. Our Rally Points page explains how points work.
Not counted: your own payments, and people who already had an account before following your link.

How referrals are tracked

When someone follows your link, we remember your code for their visit. If they have allowed partner cookies, we also store a cookie called rr_ref for 30 days so you get credit if they join on a later visit. Without that consent, the code is remembered for that visit only. See our cookie policy.
People can also type your code when they join.
A person is linked to the first code they join with. We cannot move a referral to you after someone has joined.

When you are paid

New commission shows as pending. It can be approved once it is at least 14 days old, so that refunds have time to come through.
We pay approved commission to you using the payout email on your application (or your account email), and record a payment reference that you can see.
Commission is worked out in pounds sterling. You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.
If a payment you earned on is refunded or reversed, we may cancel the commission on it, and if it has already been paid we may take it off a later payment.

Saying you are paid: disclosure

You earn money and points when people join through your link, so anything you post about Rally & Roam with your link or code is advertising. The CAP Code and the Competition and Markets Authority's guidance for influencers say people must be able to tell straight away that it is an ad. So you must:

label posts, videos and stories that include your link or code clearly and upfront, for example with "Ad" or "#ad", where it can be seen before someone clicks or reads on;
not hide the label in a list of hashtags or at the end of a long caption;
only say what is true about Rally & Roam, and not promise prices, results or features we do not offer;
follow the rules of the platform you post on.

What is not allowed

Referring yourself, creating extra accounts or paying people to sign up.
Spam, including unsolicited emails or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Bidding on "Rally & Roam" or our domain in search adverts, or pretending to be Rally & Roam or our staff.
Writing reviews of clubs, coaches or products you are paid to promote without making that clear, or writing fake reviews. See our reviews policy.
Content aimed at children, or that breaks our community guidelines.

If you break these rules, we may cancel commission earned through the breach and remove you from the programme.

Founding coaches

Coaches approved on Rally & Roam between 1 October 2026 and 30 April 2027 pay no commission on single lessons booked through Rally & Roam for their first 6 months, and get a founding coach badge on their profile. After 6 months, the standard coach commission in our partner terms applies.

Ending

You can leave the programme at any time through the Help centre. We may end or change the programme, or your place in it, with notice. Commission you have already earned and that is not affected by a breach will still be paid.
