These terms apply to paid Rally & Roam memberships (Premium and Premium Pro for players, Coach Pro for coaches and Club Plus for clubs) and to match analysis packs. They sit alongside our terms of use. A membership you buy from a club is different: it is covered by the booking terms.

Plans and prices

All memberships are priced and billed in pounds sterling. The yearly price is the same as ten monthly payments.

Plan	Who it is for	Monthly	Yearly	Free trial
Free	Everyone	£0	£0	Not needed
Premium	Players	£7.99	£79.90	None
Premium Pro	Players	£19.99	£199.00	7 days, once per member
Coach Pro	Coach accounts only	£34.00	£340.00	None
Club Plus	Club owner accounts only	£99.00	£990.00	None

The price is always shown before you subscribe. If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

What each plan includes

Every paid plan, including Coach Pro and Club Plus, waives the 5% court service fee on court bookings. Each plan also includes a monthly allowance of video analysis:

Plan	Technique checks	Full match analyses
Free	1 a month	1 in total
Premium	4 a month	1 a month
Premium Pro	Unlimited, subject to fair use of 60 a month	6 a month
Coach Pro	200 a month	25 a month
Club Plus	4 a month	1 a month

Unused allowance does not carry over to the next month. If an analysis fails, it does not count against your allowance. Free accounts can use the trip concierge for up to 5 plans and 80 messages a day; paid plans have no daily limit. The other benefits of each plan are listed on the plans page and in Settings. We may improve or change the benefits; if we take away something important, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal so you can cancel.

Video analysis is produced by software and can be wrong. See AI features and the AI coach.

The Premium Pro free trial

Premium Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. Each member can have one trial only.
You need to add a card to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial.
When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
If you cancel during the trial, you keep Premium Pro until the trial ends and are not charged.

Billing and automatic renewal

If you subscribe on the website, Stripe takes the payment and stores your card. You can update your card and download invoices from Settings, which opens Stripe's secure billing page.
Memberships are paid in advance and renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. We charge the card you used.
If a renewal payment fails, we and our payment processor try again and let you know. You keep your benefits for seven days after the renewal date so you can update your card. After that your account moves to the Free plan.
When a membership ends, your account moves to the Free plan. Your bookings, trips and Rally Points stay on your account.

Changing your plan

An upgrade, or a switch from monthly to yearly, starts straight away. You are charged the difference for the rest of the current period at once.
A downgrade starts at your next renewal, and there is no charge or credit for the current period.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Settings, under Membership. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. You can undo the cancellation before then. We do not refund the rest of a period when you cancel, except as described under your 14-day right below.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer and subscribe on the website, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you the right to cancel within 14 days of first subscribing. A membership starts as soon as you subscribe. If you cancel within the 14 days, the law allows us to keep an amount for the service you received before you told us, and you are entitled to the rest of your first payment back. To use this right, choose Cancel and get a refund in Settings, under Membership, within 14 days. Your membership ends straight away and we refund the part of what you paid that covers the rest of the period to your card. This right applies to your first subscription, not to each renewal, and does not apply to a free trial period, which you can cancel without paying anything.

Memberships bought in our iPhone or Android app

If you subscribe in our app, Apple or Google bills you, and their terms for subscriptions apply alongside these terms. The app offers Premium and Premium Pro, monthly or yearly, and Coach Pro monthly. Coach Pro yearly and Club Plus are only available on the website.

To cancel or change an in-app membership, use the subscriptions settings in the App Store or Google Play. We cannot cancel it for you.
Refunds for in-app memberships are decided by Apple or Google under their own rules. Ask them through the App Store or Google Play.
When Apple or Google tells us a membership has renewed, ended or been refunded, we update your account to match.

Match analysis packs

If you need more full match analyses than your plan includes, you can buy a pack. Packs are bought on the website by card and priced in pounds sterling.

Pack	Price
1 match analysis	£3.99
5 match analyses	£14.99

Packs cover full match analyses only, not technique checks.
Your plan's allowance is used first. After that, packs are used, the one that expires soonest first.
Each pack expires 12 months after you buy it. Analyses not used by then are lost.
If an analysis fails, the credit goes back to your pack.
Packs are a digital service that starts as soon as you buy it. If you are a consumer, you can cancel a pack within 14 days of buying it, in Settings, under Membership, and we refund the price of the analyses you have not used to your card. Once you have used an analysis from a pack, the right to cancel no longer applies to that analysis, as the law allows when you have asked for the service to start straight away.

Coach Pro and Club Plus

Coach Pro and Club Plus are for professionals and businesses. They are also subject to our partner terms. The 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply where you subscribe for your business.
