These terms apply when you book a flight, a place to stay or an airport transfer through Rally & Roam, usually from a trip you are planning. They sit alongside our terms of use. Bookings you make on another company's website after following one of our links are covered by that company's terms instead; see our affiliate disclosure.

Who provides your travel

We do not run flights, hotels or transfers ourselves. Each travel service is provided by the airline, hotel or transfer company you book, and their conditions of carriage, booking conditions and fare rules apply to it. We find the options through our technology partners, take your booking and payment, and pass the booking to the provider.

Service	Booked through	Our charge
Flights	Duffel, which connects to the airlines	A service fee of £6 per passenger (or the equivalent in your currency), shown separately before you pay
Places to stay	LiteAPI or Duffel Stays	A margin of 8% included in the price shown
Airport transfers	Mozio	A 10% commission included in the price shown

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay. You also need to give us the details the provider needs for each traveller, such as full name, date of birth and contact details, and you must have each traveller's permission to share them. See our privacy policy.

Booking and payment

When you book, we charge your card through Stripe and then ask the provider to confirm. If the provider does not confirm, we refund your card in full straight away and tell you.
Prices and availability come from the providers and can change until your booking is confirmed.
Check your booking confirmation carefully. Names must match each traveller's passport exactly. It is your responsibility to have valid passports, visas and any health documents needed for your trip.
The "Book everything" checkout books each part of your trip, such as flights, stay and courts, as a separate booking. If one part cannot be booked, the parts that were booked stay booked, and you are not charged for the part that failed.
Kit hire requested through a trip is a request to the club. Nothing is charged by us for it.

Changes and cancellations

You can ask to cancel a travel booking from your trip's travel bookings page, and for some flights you can ask to change it.

When you cancel, we cancel with the provider and refund what the provider gives back under the fare or rate you booked, up to what you paid for the travel itself.
Our flight service fee is not refundable. Our margin on stays and commission on transfers are not refunded either.
Many flight fares are non-refundable. Stays may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the rate; this is shown when you book. Transfers can usually be cancelled for a refund.
If an airline accepts a change, any difference in fare is shown before you confirm. If the airline does not accept it, your original flight stands and any payment for the change is refunded.
If the provider cancels or changes your booking, we will tell you and help you with the options the provider offers.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. See refunds and cancellations.

Package holidays and ATOL

We do not sell package holidays. Each flight, stay and transfer you book through us is a separate booking with its own provider, even when you book several together for one trip. We do not offer the financial protection that comes with a package holiday under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

We do not hold an ATOL licence. Flights booked through Rally & Roam are not ATOL protected. If an airline fails, you may need to rely on the airline's own arrangements, your card issuer or your travel insurance.

Some event and camp operators listed on Rally & Roam sell their own trips. Any package or financial protection for those is given by the operator, not by us; check with the operator before you book.

Travel insurance

We do not sell travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you buy suitable travel insurance, including cover for cancellation, medical costs abroad and sports injuries, as soon as you book. We may show links to insurers such as SafetyWing. These are affiliate links, the insurer's terms apply, and we do not give advice on which cover is right for you.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for taking your booking and payment correctly, passing your details to the provider and dealing with refunds as described here, with reasonable care and skill. The provider is responsible for the travel service itself. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have against the provider, such as your rights under UK law on flight delays and cancellations.

Help with a booking

Contact us through the Help centre with your booking reference and we will help, including with the provider. If you are not happy with the outcome, see our complaints page.
