We help with the API and the MCP server by email, on UK working days.

Before you write

Check Status to see whether the API is answering.
Look the error code up on Errors.
Try the same call with a test key and curl, to rule out your HTTP client.

Writing to us

Use the contact form with the topic Developers and API. Include:

the X-Request-Id of a call that went wrong (it is on every answer);
the time it happened, with time zone;
the method, path and query (never the key itself);
the status and code you got, and what you expected.

We never ask for your key. If you send one by mistake, rotate it straight away.

Security problems

If you find a security problem in the API, the MCP server or OAuth, do not test it against other people's accounts or data. Report it privately as our security and responsible disclosure policy explains. We will not take action against good-faith research that follows it.

Your data and your guests' data

For what we keep about API and MCP use, and how long, see privacy for API and MCP use.
