How coach payouts work

When a player pays for a lesson or a lesson package, the money goes to your connected Stripe account, minus our commission. You see every payment in the coach workspace under Payouts.

Setting up

Choose Set up payouts to connect a Stripe account. You do this when you apply, and you can do it later from Payouts. Until it is connected, you see Payouts are not set up.

Commission

We keep a 12% commission on lessons and lesson packages, so you receive 88%. Founding coaches, approved during the founding window, pay no commission on lessons for their first six months. Services shows what you take home from each session after commission.

What the Payouts page shows

- Yours this month, Taken this month and Lifetime earnings - each payment with the player, the session, Gross, Commission, Net and its status: Scheduled, On its way, Paid out, Refunded or Failed

When you get paid

Standard payouts are free and arrive about a week after the player pays.

If you need money sooner, the Instant payout panel shows what is Still settling. Choose to pay it out and it goes to your bank now. The fee is a percentage with a minimum, and we show it before you confirm.

Refunds

If a player cancels and gets a refund under your cancellation terms, the refunded amount comes off that payment.

Test mode

If the page says Test mode: no real money moves., payments are not real and nothing reaches your bank.
