Rally & Roam

How your level changes after a game

After both teams confirm a result, your level moves based on who you played, the result and the margin.

Lyhyesti

Your level changes only after a game result has been confirmed by both teams. The size of the change depends on who you played and how the match went.

Submitting and confirming a result

1. After the game, one team enters the score on the game page in Games. 2. The other team gets a notification and confirms it. 3. Once it is confirmed, everyone's level updates.

If a result is wrong, do not confirm it. Ask the other team to correct it, or open a ticket if you cannot agree.

How the change is worked out

- Expected result. Before the game we estimate each team's chance of winning from the players' levels. A team 1.5 levels stronger is ten times as likely to win. - Surprise. Beat a stronger team and your level rises more. Lose to a weaker team and it drops more. Win as expected and it barely moves. - Margin. A comfortable win counts for more than a tie break. - Reliability. New players move faster so they reach their real level quickly. As your reliability grows, each game moves you less.

Every confirmed game adds 4 to your level reliability, up to 100.

Seeing your history

Your level page shows a chart of your level over time and the games behind each change.

Ratings from elsewhere

Adding a Playtomic, LTA, World Padel Rating or PadelLevels rating does not change your level, but it does raise your reliability. Read more in how padel levels work.
