Rally & Roam works because players, coaches and clubs trust each other. These guidelines apply to everything you do on the platform: your profile, messages, reviews, games, groups, competitions and anything you upload. They are part of our terms of use.

Be respectful

No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age or nationality.
No sexual content, and no unwanted romantic or sexual messages.
Disagree about the game, not the person.

Be honest

Use your real name and a real photo of yourself, and set your level honestly so games are fair.
Do not impersonate anyone or create more than one account.
No spam, scams, chain messages or advertising in messages, games or groups.

Reviews

Only review a club, coach or place you have used yourself, and describe your own experience.
Do not review your own business, a business you work for, or a competitor, and do not accept anything in return for a review.
Keep it about the service. No personal attacks, private information or offensive language.
We do not remove reviews because they are negative. We remove reviews that break these guidelines.

Turn up

When you join a game or book a court, other people are relying on you. Cancel as early as you can if plans change. Players who repeatedly do not turn up see their reliability score fall.

Keep people safe

Never share someone else's personal information, including their phone number, address or photos, without their permission.
Meet new playing partners at the club. Tell someone where you are going.
Adults must not contact children through the platform except as a coach in a booked lesson arranged by a parent or guardian. See our safeguarding policy.

Respect the law and other people's rights

Only post content you have the right to share. Do not post anything illegal, including copyrighted photos or videos you do not own.

Reporting a problem

You can report a member, a message, a review or a game from the menu next to it. Choose the reason (spam, abuse, fake, no-show, safety or something else) and add any details. Reports are confidential: the person you report is not told who reported them. We review reports within a day. You can also block a member, which stops them messaging you and removes follows between you.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 (or 112 outside the UK) first.

What we do

Depending on what happened, we may remove content, send a warning, limit features, or suspend or close an account. Serious or repeated breaches lead to suspension. Where the law requires, or where someone may be at risk, we report to the police or other authorities. If you think we got a decision wrong, contact us through the Help centre and a different person will look at it again.
