Reset a forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, choose Forgotten it? on the sign-in page. We email you a link to choose a new one. The link works for 60 minutes.

Reset it

1. Open Sign in and choose Forgotten it?, or go to Reset your password. 2. Enter the email you joined with and choose Send reset link. 3. Open the email "Reset your Rally & Roam password" and choose Choose a new password. 4. Enter your new password twice and choose Save password. 5. Sign in with the new password.

Your new password must be at least 10 characters. If you asked from the app, you can go back into the app to sign in.

The email has not arrived

- Check your spam folder. - Make sure you used the email you joined with. For your privacy, the page says the same thing whether or not an account uses that address. - Wait a minute before asking again. You can ask for a new link once a minute.

The link has expired

Links work for 60 minutes and only once. Ask for a new one.

Joined with Google or Apple?

This is also how you set a password for the first time. You need one to delete your account or to sign in without Google or Apple.

Did not ask for it?

If you get a reset email you did not ask for, ignore it. Your password stays the same. Resetting your password also confirms your email address, because the link came to your inbox.
