These terms apply when you buy from the Rally & Roam shop, including club merch and personalised items. They sit alongside our terms of use. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Who you are buying from

You buy shop products from us. Our own Rally & Roam collection is printed to order:

Rally & Roam merch, including club merch and personalised items, is printed to order by our print partners Gelato, Printful, Inkthreadable, Teemill and Prodigi.

Products labelled "Sold by our partner" are different. They take you to that partner's own shop, and you buy from the partner under its terms, not ours. We may earn a commission; see our affiliate disclosure.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates.
Delivery costs and any discounts are shown before you pay. You pay by card through Stripe, and you can also use a Rally & Roam gift card or Rally Points. Points can pay for up to 20% of the goods, at 1 point to 1p.
Wall art has a multi-buy discount: 10% off when you buy 2 pieces and 15% off for 3.
Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it. If we cannot supply an item, for example because it is out of stock or the price was obviously wrong, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Sent by	Delivery charge	Free delivery	Usual delivery time
Gelato	£4.95	On Gelato items over £60	3 to 6 days
Printful, Inkthreadable or Teemill	£3.95	No	3 to 6 days
Prodigi	£4.95	No	3 to 6 days

The delivery charge applies to each supplier's part of your order, so an order with items from different suppliers may have more than one charge and arrive in separate parcels. Items made to order are produced before they are sent, which can add a few days. You can follow your order from your order page or with Track your order. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the date we gave you, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Items sent from outside the UK may be subject to import charges in some countries.

Returns

Once an item has been sent, you can ask for a return from your order page for up to 30 days. Choose the reason: wrong size, faulty, not as described, or changed your mind. We email you a prepaid returns label within one working day.

Items returned because you changed your mind or for the wrong size must be unused and in their original condition. We may reduce the refund if an item has been handled more than you would in a shop to check it.
We refund the item to the card you paid with within 14 days of receiving it back. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear.
A photo of a fault helps us sort it faster. For made-to-order items, it is often all we need to send a replacement.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it (or the last item, for an order delivered in parts). You then have a further 14 days to send the item back. When you cancel under this right, we refund the price of the item and the standard delivery cost. Our 30-day returns process above gives you longer than the law requires.

Personalised items

The law says the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, such as a shirt with your names or a design you created in the merch studio. You still have full rights if a personalised item is faulty or not as described. If you want to return a personalised item for another reason, request it from your order page and we will look at it.

Faulty or wrong items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered:

within 30 days of delivery, you can reject it for a full refund;
within six months, we will repair or replace it, or refund you if that is not possible;
after six months, you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund, but you may need to show the fault was there when it arrived.

We cover the cost of returning faulty or wrong items.
