What you must do

Show the notice. Wherever you show data to people, show each notice from its attribution next to the data, or on a page linked clearly from it (for example "Data sources" in the footer of a map). Keep the names and licence titles as written.

OpenStreetMap (ODbL 1.0). Credit "© OpenStreetMap contributors" with a link to the licence. The ODbL is share-alike for databases: if you publish a database derived from OpenStreetMap fields (for example a downloadable list of clubs), you must offer that database under the ODbL too, and keep the credit. Showing the data in your product is a "produced work" and only needs the credit. Our own club database stays free to download under the ODbL for the same reason.

Overture Maps (CDLA Permissive 2.0). Credit the Overture Maps Foundation. You may use, change and share the data, including commercially; keep the licence notice with copies of the data.

Foursquare OS Places (Apache 2.0). Keep the copyright notice "© Foursquare Labs, Inc." and the licence with copies of the data.

Comando Construcciones SAS, Colombia club census (CC BY 4.0). Credit the study by name and link to the licence. Say if you changed the data.

Rally & Roam, clubs and coaches. Data we hold, and what clubs and coaches give us when they join, is licensed to you under the API terms: you may show it in your product and cache it for up to 30 days, but not resell it as a dataset.

What we never serve

To keep every answer safe to use, these stay on our own pages and are never in the API or the MCP server:

travel guide text from Wikivoyage (CC BY-SA);
descriptions copied from club websites;
photos from Wikimedia Commons or Mapillary, each with its own licence and author;
weather and climate data;
data from Google, Padel API or other paid sources;
the text of reviews, and anything personal about players.

If you need photos, link to the club's page on Rally & Roam (url on every club), where each photo shows its own credit.
