Write a review of a club, coach or event

Kort fortalt

Reviews help other travellers choose where to play and who to learn from. You can review clubs, coaches, events and the coach courses you are enrolled in.

Writing a review

1. Open the club, coach or event page. 2. Choose a rating from 1 to 5 stars. 3. Write at least 20 characters about your experience.

Your first review of something earns you 25 Rally points.

Verified reviews

If you have a confirmed or completed booking with that club, coach or event, your review is marked Verified booking. Readers trust these more, so book through Rally & Roam if you can.

Editing your review

Write again on the same page and your new review replaces the old one. You do not earn points a second time.

Rules

- You cannot review your own club, coaching profile or event. - Keep it about the experience: the courts, the coaching, the organisation. - Do not include personal details or anything abusive.

Coaches can reply publicly to reviews of them, and their reply appears under yours.

Reporting a review

If a review about you or your business is false or abusive, open a ticket with a link to the page and we will look at it.
