Drive return
A firmer, flat return through the middle or down the line when the serve sits up, to win the point or force a weak volley.
Wanneer je hem speelt
On a short or high serve you can step into. Through the gap between the server and the net player.
Zo speel je hem
Short backswing, step in and hit through the ball. Keep it below net height on the other side. Aim through the middle when in doubt.
Veelgemaakte fouten
Hitting it too hard and too high, straight into the net player's volley. Using it on good serves you should defend.

Is de resto plano toegestaan in padel?
Legal under Rule 8.1: you must let the serve bounce in your box and play it before it bounces a second time. The return is good when it lands in the opponents' court, directly or off your own walls (Rule 14.1b).
