Hitting the ball into your own back or side glass so it rebounds over the net. Legal, difficult and nearly always a last resort.

When the ball has got past you and there is no other way to return it. Very occasionally as a surprise from the corner.

Hit upwards into your own glass with an open racket face. Give it enough height to clear the net after the rebound. Get back into position: the return is usually weak.

Choosing it when a lob was possible. Hitting it too low, so it lands on your own side.

Czy contrapared jest dozwolone w padlu?
Legal under Rule 14b, which allows a return that hits your own wall first and then bounces in their court. You lose the point if the ball touches your own mesh or floor after your hit (Rule 13l), or reaches their glass or mesh before bouncing (Rule 13g).
