Players must be courteous and respectful to everyone at a competition, whether or not they are playing. Coaches must behave properly too, and their sanctions can be added to the players'.
Cláusula 1: Courtesy to everyone
Players must be polite and respectful to other people throughout a competition, both while they are playing and while they are not. It applies at the venue as a whole, not just during your own match.
Cláusula 2: Coaches behave too
Coaches must behave properly, just like players.
Cláusula 3: Coach sanctions can count
Sanctions the umpire gives a coach during the match can be added to those of the players. A coach's misbehaviour can cost the pair, not only the coach.

Yes. Under the FIP rules, sanctions given to a coach during the match can be added to the players' own.
Does the courtesy rule only apply on court?
