How Rally points work

You earn Rally points every time you play, pay or help other players, and you can swap them for court vouchers or money off in the shop. Your balance and history are on the Rewards page.

Earning points

Points per pound are worked out in GBP, so a payment in euros is converted first. If friends pay their share of a split booking, they earn points on what they paid. Event places earn a 50 point bonus but not points per pound.

Spending points

- Court voucher. 1,000 points buys a £10 court voucher. It has a code starting with COURT, works on court bookings only and lasts 1 year. - Shop discount. At checkout, each point is worth 1p, up to 20% of the value of the goods.

Tiers

Your tier is based on all the points you have ever earned, not your current balance, so spending points never drops you down a tier.

- Bronze: from 0 points - Silver: from 3,000 points - Gold: from 10,000 points

Referring friends

Share your referral link from the Rewards page. When someone joins with it, you get 500 points.

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If points you expected are missing, open a ticket with the booking or order reference.
