These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Rally & Roam, on the web or in our apps. Please read them with our privacy policy and our acceptable use policy. When you buy or book something, the terms for that apply too: booking terms, membership terms, shop terms of sale, travel booking terms and refunds and cancellations. If you are a coach, club, place owner or event operator, our partner terms and operator terms apply as well. Every policy lives in the legal centre.

Who we are

You can also contact us through the Help centre once you are signed in.

What Rally & Roam is

Rally & Roam helps you plan padel trips, find and book courts, coaches, events and camps, meet players at your level, learn the game, have your match videos analysed and buy padel kit. Some of what you see is provided by us, and some by others:

Courts, lessons and events are provided by the club, coach or event operator. We take the booking and payment as their booking agent. See the booking terms.
Flights, stays and transfers are provided by airlines, hotels and transfer companies under their own terms. We do not sell package holidays. See the travel booking terms.
Memberships, video analysis and our shop are provided by us. See the membership terms and shop terms of sale.
Partner links take you to other companies' sites, where their terms apply. See the affiliate disclosure.

Your account

You must be 16 or over to create an account. A parent or guardian can book lessons and events for a junior.
While Rally & Roam is in a closed beta, you may need an invitation code to join.
Give accurate details and keep them up to date, especially your email address and, for travel, each traveller's name exactly as it appears on their passport.
Keep your password, passkeys and two-factor codes private. You are responsible for what happens under your account unless it was not your fault. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
One person, one account. You may not sell, share or transfer your account.

Using the platform fairly

You agree to follow our acceptable use policy and community guidelines. In short, you must not:

harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate anyone;
post fake reviews or reviews of your own business (see our reviews policy);
post anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share;
copy our listings, reviews, prices or contact details with bots, crawlers or scripts, except through our API;
try to get around our security, our fees or our payment system, for example by asking to be paid outside the platform for a booking found on it.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, reviews, messages and other content you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, show, translate and share that content on Rally & Roam, in the ways the settings you choose allow (for example a video you keep private is only shown to you), for as long as it is on the platform. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law. Our content and copyright takedown page explains how to report content and how we handle it.

Using your videos to improve our video analysis is a separate choice that is off unless you turn it on. See video and training data consent.

AI features

Some features, such as the trip concierge, the help assistant, message translation, training notes and video analysis, use artificial intelligence. Their answers can be wrong. Check anything important, such as prices, times and travel requirements, before you rely on it. Bookings are only made when you confirm them. Our AI features page explains how each works and its limits.

Prices and information

We work hard to keep listings, prices, opening hours and travel details accurate, but much of it comes from clubs, coaches, partners and open data (see data sources and credits). Prices shown in a currency other than the one you pay in are estimates. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Paid services

When you pay for something on Rally & Roam, the terms for that service apply alongside these: courts, lessons and events, memberships and analysis packs, coach video reviews, shop orders, travel, gift cards and vouchers and Rally Points. Our refunds page brings the cancellation rules together. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Apple or Google when you subscribe in our apps.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. If we break these terms, we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses if you use the platform as a consumer, or for the services of clubs, coaches, operators, travel providers and partners, who are responsible for what they provide.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your rights as a consumer, for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Padel is a physical sport. Play within your fitness and ability. Travel insurance that covers sport is strongly recommended.

Suspending or closing accounts

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our policies, puts others at risk, or is used for fraud. Where we can, we will warn you first and tell you why. If we close your account without good reason, we will refund any prepaid membership for the unused time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and earlier versions are listed on this page. If a change significantly affects you, we will tell you before it takes effect. The terms that applied when you made a booking or purchase continue to apply to it.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please tell us. Our complaints page explains how we handle it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and if you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.
