Questions
Is it free to join?
Yes. Searching, planning trips and finding partners is free. You pay for what you book: courts, lessons, camps and travel. Premium removes the booking fee on courts and adds fare alerts for £7.99 a month, cancel whenever you like.
What happens if I need to cancel a court?
Each club sets a policy you see before paying, usually free cancellation up to 24 hours before. Refunds go back to the card or the people who paid their share.
Can we split the cost of a court?
Add up to three players at checkout. You pay your share, each of them gets a link to pay theirs, and the court is held for all four of you.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You see prices in the currency you choose, and you pay in the club or coach’s own currency at checkout. Your bank shows the final amount.
Can I plan a trip with friends?
Invite people as editors or as view-only guests. Everyone sees the same itinerary, can vote in polls, add expenses and see who owes what at the end.
Do you book flights and hotels?
Yes. Flights, stays and airport transfers book inside your trip through our travel partners, with the full price shown before you pay. Packaged holidays are sold by the camp operators listed on the platform.
Can I take my racket on the plane?
Most airlines allow a padel racket as cabin baggage if it fits their size rules. Every trip has a racket travel panel with the rules for the main European airlines.
How do you work out my level?
You answer five short questions when you join, and we place you on a 0 to 7 scale. After that, your level moves with every recorded match. If you already have a Playtomic or LTA rating, add it to your level passport and we convert it.
How do I find people to play with abroad?
Post your dates and level for a destination. We show you locals and other travellers who fit, and you can invite them to an open game or message them before you fly.
Are there games just for women?
Yes. Hosts can make a game women only, and you can ask to see those games and groups first in your settings.
Are the clubs and coaches verified?
Clubs are checked before they can take bookings, and every coach uploads their certificates. Coaches who teach juniors must declare a safeguarding check such as a DBS before that option appears on their profile.
I run a club or coach. What does it cost?
Listing is free. Clubs pay a 6% commission on bookings that come through us, coaches 12% on lessons. Optional paid plans add promotion, insights and video analysis credits.
My club is listed but I never signed up. Why?
Some clubs are listed from OpenStreetMap so players can find them. Claim yours from its page to add photos, prices and opening hours and start taking bookings.
