What is a technique check?
You film one shot from the side, five to ten repeats, and the AI coach measures it: contact point, how side-on you are, racket preparation, split step and balance. You get the three things to fix first, each with a drill.
What does a full match analysis include?
Film the whole match from behind the back glass. You get heatmaps, time at the net, how you and your partner move together, your shot mix, where your errors happen, rally lengths and a highlight reel.
How does the free week work?
Premium Pro starts with seven days free, once per member. Nothing is charged until the week ends, and if you cancel before then you pay nothing.
Why is there a fair use cap on technique checks?
Every analysis runs on rented graphics processors that cost us per minute. Premium Pro includes up to sixty technique checks a month, far more than anyone needs to improve, so the price can stay low for everyone.
What if an analysis fails?
You get the credit back straight away and can try again. We never show a made-up report.
Can I buy extra match analyses?
Yes, on any plan: one match or a pack of five. They are used after your plan's matches for the month and keep for a year.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans cost ten months, so two months are free.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your membership page or your phone's app store if you joined in the app. You keep the benefits until the period you paid for ends.
