Rally Points are our rewards scheme. You collect points when you book, buy, review and help improve the platform, and you can spend them in our shop or swap them for court credit. These rules sit alongside our terms of use. Rally Points are free to collect; you cannot buy them.

Points appear on your rewards page with the reason for each. We may give extra points for promotions, which we will explain when we run them.

Reviews earn the same points whether they are positive or negative, and we never ask for or reward a particular rating. See our reviews policy.

Spending points

In our shop: 1 point is worth 1p. Points can pay for up to 20% of the goods in an order (not delivery).
Court credit: swap 1,000 points for a £10 court credit voucher, valid for 1 year and usable at checkout for bookings, not in the shop. See gift cards, vouchers and match packs.

Tiers

Your tier is based on the points you have collected over the life of your account: Bronze from 0, Silver from 3,000 and Gold from 10,000. At present tiers show your status only and do not come with extra benefits. If we add benefits, we will say what they are.

The rules

Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another member.
Points do not currently expire. If we introduce expiry, we will give you at least 30 days' notice first.
Points you earned on a booking or order are not taken back if it is cancelled or refunded.
We may correct your balance if points were added by mistake, or remove points gained by breaking our terms of use or acceptable use policy, for example through fake accounts, fake referrals or fake reviews.
If you delete your account, your points are deleted with it and cannot be restored.
We may change or end the scheme. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any change that reduces the value of your points, so you have time to spend them.
